Individual Coaching

Work is full of tensions when you care about sustainability. You want to contribute to something meaningful, yet you also need to grow in your career. You feel responsible toward supervisors, colleagues, and diverse stakeholders, while longing to stay true to your own values. And when you try to bring regenerative principles into daily practice, the structures around you often pull in another direction. It can be exhausting, even discouraging — and you don’t have to navigate this alone.

I accompany people who want to bring sustainability and regeneration into their work in a way that feels alive and possible. Together, we create space to explore your purpose, the dilemmas you face, and the ways you can show up with integrity and courage. Along the way, I bring my expertise in sustainability, my training as a psychologist, coach and counselor, my extensive experience with mindfulness and embodied practices, and my own path as a leader and change agent.

If you are a manager, sustainability officer, entrepreneur, or simply someone searching for more meaning in your professional role, my coaching can help you align your work with your values and step forward with clarity and strength.

Leadership Program: Leadership for the Future

The challenges of our time ask for a new kind of leadership. Climate change, social inequality, and rapid technological developments create uncertainty, but also call for courage and imagination. Many leaders feel the tension between the urgent demands of today and the need to create a sustainable, regenerative future. How can we hold both — responsibility in the present and vision for what is yet to come?

Leadership for the Future is a program I co-developed at the University of Twente together with Anneke Sools. It offers a space for reflection, learning, and experimentation. We combine insights from sustainability science, narrative psychology, and future studies with embodied and mindful practices. The program invites participants to explore their personal leadership journey, connect with others who share their commitment, and practice ways of leading that are both resilient and regenerative.

This program is for professionals, researchers, and leaders who want to grow their capacity to navigate complexity, stay grounded in times of change, and contribute to futures that are just, meaningful, and sustainable. Together, we cultivate leadership that does not only respond to today’s challenges, but actively shapes tomorrow.

A Circle of Change Agents for a more Sustainable World

I believe real transformation happens when committed people come together. In my recent book, I explore how each of us can leave a green handprint at work — becoming a constructive force for sustainability, even as an employee within existing structures. I call this being an employee activist: someone who changes their company from the inside, not through confrontation, but through courage, creativity, and care.

Now, I want to build a circle of like-minded people who share this calling. My inspiration comes from Parker Palmer’s idea of a Circle of Trust: a space where people gather in safety and respect, without judgment or fixing, to listen deeply to themselves and each other. In such a circle, we slow down, speak from the heart, and support one another in living and leading with integrity.

I want to create this kind of community for people who feel the pull to act as change agents for sustainability and regeneration in their workplaces and beyond. Together, we can nurture clarity, courage, and companionship for the journey of making a difference. If you are interested in joining such a group, please feel free to reach out!
